Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our first priority

We are happy to issue a refund for any goods found to be faulty. Please contact the shop if you’re wanting to return faulty goods – proof of purchase will also be required. No refunds are available for anyone changing their minds so please choose carefully.

Customers who purchase flat-pack storage furniture should note that assembly of their cabinet is their responsibility and we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if customers are unable to complete their assembly. All cabinets come with instructions & we will of course assist with this assembly process over the phone or via email & replace any missing or damaged components. Before we ship storage furniture, we QC check flat-packs, hardware & plastic boxes to ensure this shouldn’t happen.
