What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All small shipments are sent via Australia Post with tracking included. Large shipments (e.g. storage furniture) are sent via a freight company on a “Road Express” service. Estimates of shipping fees are provided by the StarTrack Express module on our website. We reserve the right to vary this freight estimate. For large furniture orders, please contact us for a firm freight quote before payment. The freight quote may be more or less than the online ESTIMATE depending on your location.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

We will provide an estimated delivery date depending on location and freight carrier. Once the goods have been picked up this is out of our control but generally you will be able to track your order.

How Do I Track My Order?

If we’ve supplied you with an Australia Post or freight courier tracking number, use their website to track your order.

How Do I Place an Order?

Place an order by logging into your account then placing items into your shopping cart. Proceed to the Checkout Page when you’re ready to checkout & pay for your order. If you don’t have an account, you can create a new account and save your details for future purchases or you can choose to purchase & checkout without an account.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

No you don’t need to create an account to place an order. You will still need to supply your name, address, email & phone number at checkout for shipping purposes. The advantage of creating an account is this information is stored on our website for future orders. Note that we DO NOT store credit card payment information on our website.
